Dishwashers and Uneasy-Weekend Update

It’s Monday again, and really rainy and dreary in ol’ South Carolina. I don’t mind rainy days usually, but it’s making it really hard to wake up this morning…aaand work.
Did you all have a good weekend? I hope so! I spent some quality time with my blog yesterday. I made it its own Facebook page and its own email address. I’ve been missing comments and I wanted to make sure I never miss one again. I was matched up for the Bigs and Littles Blogging Network, and I am so excited to be working with this girl!
So there’s that.
And also this:

I loved it! Am I too old for Pitch Perfect? I really hope not because I want to buy it now.
This weekend I slept in a lot, went to bed early, and hung out with the family. I made Alexa’s amazing Chicken Tortilla Soup. It was delish, but I burned my finger on jalapeno. It’s still burning, but I now have leftovers for lunch. Except I forgot them at home -Oops. But really, go check out her recipe. It's easy and really tasty.
My cute chevron wristlet came in the mail, and I was beyond impressed. It’s actually cuter than I thought it would be! And it came with the cutest packaging with some super cute extras, like the Miracle Fish Fortune Teller!
Check out BeeLoveLee’s etsy shop-she makes adorable stuff!

Steve and I had to take the dishwasher apart since the kids filled it with something that looked like dryer lint and wouldn't wash the dishes...that was fun...

I also found out Brad is coming to visit this weekend! I can’t wait. I miss him so much!

 On a serious note....
Have you ever felt so unsettled that you just want to cry? You’re not upset, angry or sad, just antsy, anxious, and uneasy? That’s kinda how I feel today. Still so much weirdness at work, the calm before the storm before soccer season really takes off, and the uncertainty of that. I’ll be better when the pieces fall wherever it is they’re supposed to. God, please let them fall in a good place.
Have a wonderful Monday, readers. Hope you enjoyed my 100th post!

But on a positive note - that soup sounds delish!
