I don’t
know about y’all, but this weekend flew by so fast. Sunday night was here
before I could even imagine. What happened to make it fly by, you ask?
NOTHING.
I really
had nothing important to do, nowhere special to go--just the boring everyday
bull that accumulates during the week. Like
laundry. And getting groceries. Cleaning the kitchen. Fun times, right? I
assure you, my excitement is barely contained.
Jeanio
went to the Daddy-Daughter Dance with her Papa on Friday. That was cute and
sweet, of course. Isn’t she cute? I have
a tough time believing my littlest will be 11 in a month.
I did go
shopping on Saturday with my mom and the littles. I bought the cutest top from
JC Penney’s of all places. I can’t wait to wear it. My mom also ordered the
largest breakfast I’d ever seen in my whole life. No joke-it was probably a 4
pound breakfast burrito.
Sunday,
I caught up with my favorite shows (Bones and Person of Interest). I also got
my match up for the Valentine’s Day Match Up with Erin and Megan!
I am really looking forward to this.
See, I
told you…not much to report. And now it’s Monday. Only good thing about this?
Tomorrow I go to the ENT to see if I will need sinus surgery. Apparently, my
MRI came back showing that I have acute (and permanent) sinusitis and bone
spurs in my sinus cavity that are causing migraines and dizziness.
Most
people who have bone spurs don’t experience any negative effects. I’ve always
been an overachiever…
Oh I feel your pain ... knowing that all you have to look forward to for the weekend is house work. At least you got yourself a cute top!

Those "do nothing" weekends are nice from time to time. I find that I enjoy the break on occasion.

I saw an ENT awhile back who wanted to do sinus surgery on me. I said Heck No!!! I'm thinking I might have should of let them. For 2 days now I've been suffering with major pain from a tooth/sinus infection combo. It's bad. Good luck at the ENT and let us know what he says.
